Lurvin Crepe Cottage (Gurney Drive)

Now upon sitting down, seems the service slow as usual but still worth to wait for them, then the person start to clean the table and gave us the menu, so after we order our food seems we waited around 15minits for our food...=) while waiting we *snap snap* a bit while camwhore...but both of us don't know pose at all =(, but never mind at least we have fun while me still tahan tiau the pain *shhhhhhh*

So when the food arrived here is what we have ordered.

Me: Almond Chicken and Cranberry Juice
Dear: Chicken Pasta and Apple with Banana Juice.
Our Desert: Choco Banana Pancake

*DIG IN TIME!!! CHIAK Ahhh!! * since we a bit hungry liao after walk from Gurney Plaza.

So my almond chicken cost around RM16.00 I think...the almond cream tasted not bad especially the potato..The chicken is kinda a bit cold after it was served not hot all so a bit disappointment although it tasted nicely but not serve as warm..Then the cranberry juice feel like a bit of alcohol so I don't really like but I still finish it up =).

Then comes to my dear meal the chicken pasta serve as warm tasted nicely with the sauce *Thumbs up from me!!* compare to my chicken which cost more then her meal but *swt*. Her apple and banana juice after a sip *wow hoe liao*...hehe

Seems they hire a few new helpers at tat Creepe Cottage, but there is a Indian waiter I think dunno how to serve or clean up, especially ours table =(....he delivered our desert way to early even before we finish our meal and even didn't bring new spoon n fork for us *speechless*. So my dear go the back and take herself then heard the auntie there scold that Indian waiter "why didn't bring out new plates for us?"

Luckily dear pasta finish up quickly and our Choco Banana Pancake luckily the ice cream didn't melt.. haiz so a bit unlucky to hire this kind of worker attitude that dunno anything. Our Desert tasted wonderful with the pancake with choc on top of the banana and a vanilla cream..SO WE LOVE THE DESERT!!...
Since there is so many menu to try and those deserts *yummy* we will visit this place again and post more about the other dishes =)

Off To Crepe Cottage

So after the movie we decided to go Crepe Cottage for dinner since the heavy rain has stop. So we took an umbrella (as a precaution) and walk there from Gurney Plaza. As we walk there passing G Hotel time down the slope, me nearly fell down on the floor cause too slippery. Luckily in time Dear pull me up =). But then I think I sprained abit on my heels n shoulder after the slip zzz. Then we continue on our walk to Crepe Cottage while enduring the pain. Finally reach the door around 815pm. Ahhh finally get to rest my heels *shhh without my dear knowing me tahan tiau* hehe, so time for ordering the menu for our dinner....

XMen Origins Wolverine Review

This is one of the best XMen movie that I've seen so far compared to the rest of the XMen movies directed by Bryan Singer (XMen and X2) and Breet Ratner (XMen - Last Stand). XMen Origins Wolverine which is directed by Gavin Hood does bring back Wolverine alive as the original comics version.

Hugh Jackman as the Wolverine character does blend well with him. They even added Gambit inside this movie which is supposed to be in the XMen team but was left out in the previous XMen movies...=) The special effects and action scenes is very outstanding. But the part where wolverine begin to stab and slash people seems fake as there is no blood at all on its claws *swt*

Lets hope there will be another movie about Wolverine(Hugh Jackman) again in future =)

So overall I rate this movie 4 out of 5 stars..

PS: XMens fans should check out this movie =)

Rating: 4/5

XMen Origins Wolverine Here We Come

So we reach GSC cinema at Gurney Plaza around 3pm on Sunday after shoping at Tesco, and we decided to use the KIT KAT the Box Office Movie ticket to watch the XMen Origins Movie.

So the GSC staffs accepted our tickets from KIT KAT *yeahoo*. Then the show was around 3.50pm. So we walked around Gurney Plaza and to the basement and decided to go Guardian and see the Johnson & Johnson shampoo to compare price. It seems here cheaper than Tesco *swt speechless*. Then she wanted to buy bread from Bread History cause she a bit hungry. While waiting for my dear to line up n pay at the counter, I saw a crowd gathering round a spot. So I decided to take a look why so many people there. Then saw a feng shui chinese hand artist *wow* painting for people based on thier palm and thier name. And based on the poster, he even painted for all the Dato like Khor Tsu Kun or lots of rich people before *really amazed* means he very famous.

So he started to see thier name 1st written on a paper then he begin to paint on a paper. The bigger the paper is the more expensive he going to charge. A normal size painting paper he charge around RM180 without a wodden frame. *swt*. Then his drawing is mostly the same, but I really amazed is he use only his hand to draw dragon with scale by just shaking his palm of the hands ,*hoe liao* then he draw the surrounding, garderns, mountains, little houses, after finish the background he write their chinese name using his palm hands. For finishing touch he chop his signature on it..*woala* all done...zzz total minutes he took to draw is 15minits++ I think...so good in earning money $$$ *hehee*

345pm reaching so we rush to go up to see our movie *weeeeeeeeeeee*

Kit Kat The Box Office Break

I found out about this promotion on radio at 1st and then I saw it on paper. The advertisement is about the Buy 1 free 1 ticket promo...Then I went to Kit Kat's website to check out the details on their terms and conditions and where it's going to be held. The promo is at Tesco (03/05/09) from 12.00pm till 6.00pm only. So me and dear decided to go and hunt for KIT KAT that day. We bought the RM9.90 pack since the RM8.99 ones were sold out. Luckily we didn't buy the 2 packets which cost around RM11.00 in total which means 1 packet RM5.50 because the sales girl kept on encouraging us to buy that only while ignoring the other packages...*swt* we not that stupid...

It's quite worth it to buy the RM9.90 packet or the RM8.99 packet since we get free GSC cinema ticket which 'U' can use to watch anytime for any movie you want =) on any day...*wohoooo*. So we bought around 8 packets and claim for 8 movie tickets that day (each ticket expiry 30th June 2009)...and then we decided to use the tickets to watch X-men on that day...*yippee* off we go GURNEY PLAZA!!!!

Mc Donalds Nightmare at Tesco Jelutong

On Sun (03/05/09), me decided to date my dear out for a movie. I found out that Kit Kat is having promotion for the box office movie tickets for free only at Tesco (Jelutong express highway) on that day. So, decided to drop by there to shop for Kit Kat... It was raining heavily that day for the whole day since Sat night luckily there was no flood in Penang *phew* if not we have to cancel our date =(... We reached Tesco around 2pm and I was amazed that there were so many people shopping that day although it rained so heavily. We had a hard time finding a parking lot too but in the end we found one =), Then I went for my lunch since tummy is growling *oops*... I ate at Mc Donalds because my dear got free RM10 voucher that she won from typing tutor competition...so yeng *kiss kiss*. She waited for me at the table, I ordered the new Mc Lunch set which is the Spicy Chicken McDeluxe and an Apple Pie *love thier pie so much*

When I sat down with her, she was staring at someone with her dissatisfied face. Then I asked her what's wrong?? She said look at that Mc Donalds worker that is cleaning the table...Then I looked at that worker and saw how poorly he cleaned the table zzzzzzzz... He didn't even wipe the table properly. Instead he used a leftover tissue and just simply wipe only zzzzzzzz...Then the worker's attitude also like no mood in working haiz... Im amazed at how poor the management of the Mc Donalds at Tesco is. Ingoring that worker, I open my burger and realised the chicken seems to be over fried as it kinda looks darker. Then when I eat the chicken meat it's so hard to munch zzz... even their french fries also look so overcooked zzz... then comes the Apple Pie which I love so much at every Mc Donalds outlet. But at Tesco zzzzzz too sucky. When I open the Apple Pie it is darker brown than the usual color =.=. After a few sip of the COKE even no gas at all walauwei...Haiz so I just eat all nia although feel dissatisfied with the food...To all people who love Mc Donalds please don't go to this outlet... the FOOD TASTE BAD........=(And my dear say wan boycott that place for good!!!...

Then off we go to KIT KAT hunting around 2.30pm...

Sri Ananda Bahwan Food ♥

Upon reaching a place to sit the menu was serve quickly by the waiter =), and there is so many Indian food choices to choose from from the normal chapati, roti canai or naan or some Indian kuih or mee goreng and so on.
A few minutes later the waiter appear again ready to take our order but we still haven't decided yet in the end we decided to order. Dear ordered the garlic cheese naan with chicken tandoori set, while me ordered the butter naan with chicken tandoori set and also a roti tissue. Our drinks were mango lassi and massala tea...our dishes was served quickly around 5minits later *wow what a fast service* although the place there was full house but there were many waiters and cook as well..=) So I give thumbs up for their service...
Tasted my dear drink "mango lassi" and it tasted very nice I think they mix with milk and mango..for my massala tea at 1st I tought is a normal teh tarik that I drink mostly at nasi kandar shop but after a 1st sip..I was like felt abit wierd with the taste cause they added some extra spices inside, it taste like pepper =.=, but after a few more sip can feel the tummy abit warm and ice. I think inside got ginger in it and pepper.

So now time to eat our food =)....*drooling*
Her dish more special cause she ordered garlic with cheese but in the menu it doesnt shows so it more costly then the other set. Mine just taste plain naan after a few munch so feel "bo tatt"..guess should have ordered the cheese set..=( The 3 gravy or curry on our plates I kinda feel too little =.=. Cause I love to put alot of gravy and curry but in the end I didnt ask for more gravy. Then comes to the chicken tandoori taste very nice after each bite...but after having that meal we felt very tasty guess they put MSG to cook thier dish inside =.= so abit not statisfying for me. After finish our meal we ate the roti tissue as our desert cause it sweet crunchy with the cream and rose. So its ok for me with this dish but I still prefer the Super Tanker roti tissue version with peanuts and butter and sugar..but so sad is there no sell already =( *sigh*

So overall I still love Sri Ananda Bahwan food since the place enviroment is quite nice and the food is ok, and there is so many other dishes to choose from so I think we shall come visit this place again =)

From youth park we drove to Sri Ananda Bahwan Restaurant at Tanjung Bungah =)..Half way there we decided to pump petrol and ask my dear to change her swting clothes at the petrol station toilet..so when we reached there I ask her to find the toilet and guess what?? She found the surau room nia...hehe. So I helped her find when she came back to the car..N she keep says no need d no need d..but leh I keep insist her to change lo so I try to help her find the toilet since I want to "chang ge" also :P...then I found the toilet is beside the atm booth inside the mart. After "chang ge" finish, I went back to the car and told her "inside the mart there got toilet so go go go". While waiting for her, me fuel up and pump air...then dear come out liao fresh with new clothes =), and so our trip to the restaurant continue on...

Lurving Botanical Garden

So we reached here around 5pm, walking from Youth Park. There were more people than usual and we saw a counter at the car park area trying to promote WIMAX even on Labour Day...*speechless*. Upon reaching the gate, we decided to walk 1 round since we were rushing for time. Half way walking, we saw a group of people staring at something *blink blink* so we went closer... and saw monkeys! This monkeys for me er... never see before in Botanical Garden. Their fur is black, the fur around their eyes are white in colour, and their babies is golden brown. They were eating the leaves of the trees none stop, keep eat eat eat eat and fighting with each other at times on who get to the tree 1st *swting*
Then we continued our walk while dear snapped a few pics. We decided to walk up to the Lily Pond, since we haven't been there for so long. When we reached there we were shocked, because the pond is dried up and no more lilies and tortoise... haix sad... I guess they are renovating the place. Then after our walk, we went for a refreshing fruit drink at the Tropical Fruit Centre. She ordered apple and carrot juice... tasted not bad =)
Then off we went to our car and to our next destination for dinner time...

Lurving Youth Park

Met her granny and 'keng kai' by introducing my name and so on. Then while she's enjoying her food she asked "where are we going?" I replied that we are heading to "youth park" and she says "Oh good good for health". She couldn't finished her food so she passed the fried bananas to us... so we took it to eat later. Then we said 'bai bai' to her, and off we go to YOUTH PARK!!! Reached there the smell of sweating, and the smell of fresh air and the weather kinda warm although the skies were a bit dark. Sweating all out riding the exercise machine, see me hunch like 'lau lang' haiz sad. Then I caught a tiny blue dragonfly then took a pic of it...

We spent nearly 1 hour there till 5pm then we decided to go to botanical garden for a walk there....

He met my granny...

I was late for 30 minutes?!? Hehe... It was the contact lens's fault Xb
Anyway, our 1st destination was to visit my granny and passed her some 'goreng pisang' fried banana from Free School Road. I lead the way to granny's place as my darling love has never been there... I asked if he was interested to meet my granny and he said nope...
So when we reached, he waited outside. I talked to granny a lil, gave her the food and when granny realised my beloved boyfriend is outside she was so so so... excited... her face brightened up, and she nearly wanted to walked to the window to have a glimpse of him... (><)|| Then she was saying bring him in...! how could you let him wait outside?? Let me see him! Hehe... I told granny he's afraid that she will bombard him with questions...
Finally, i invited him in and he said I shouldn't have told her he was there... (><)|| (smelly butt darling...) Then, he went in and both said hi... talked a lil when my granny asked him a few questions... Everything seems rather okay =) wee... but I could see my darling love is nervous... (he wouldn't admit it though...) After a few moments there, we headed for our exercise in Youth Park and Botanical Garden.
That was the day (01/05/09) my darling love met the second person in my family! =) The first was my 21 years old cousin sister and now my 91 years old granny.

Exercising Outing on Labour Day

Since my dearest so rarely go out Exercising, so yesterday was Labour day (01/05/09) and decided to take her out for some swting exercise to relax her mind in her studies. Reached her spot around 3.05pm but waited in car for around 30minutes, sms her but still no reply so I just waitied while dozing off abit =)...then when she comes to the car her eyes "ang ang" means red red in hokkien =O...n then she explains all about it, so it seems she having trouble with her contact lens haiz.......
